Online - Live and On Demand Stress Busting & Feel Good classes, courses and workshops that you can tune in from the comfort of your own space, and the flexibility to fit in around your life.
I get it your busy juggling work, family and a million other things BUT better managing your response to stress and making a difference to your wellbeing doesn't have to involve spending hours and hours dedicated to it.
Even 1 x session per week can make a huge impact!
The problem with feeling chronically stressed like most of us are these days, is that it messes with your sleep, your energy, your mood, creates tension in your muscles and the mind becomes very good at talking us out of making changes, even if those changes will make us feel better!
I get it, the getting started bit is tough but I can promise you once you get started, once you start seeing changes to your sleep, your energy, your mood, you will wonder why you waited so long!

Debbie here, I'm from York and I work both online and in person with all things stress busting and feel good.
I have spent a good portion of my career working in health clubs, plus 10 years running my own busy Fitness and Yoga Studio in York, life was busy, I didn't spend much time at home, ate at unsociable hours, constantly felt anxious and stressed all the time. My own yoga practice and self care went out the window too and I had to save any energy I had to teach at all hours of the day instead.
Add to this a few other life curve balls and burnout hit!
So I left that behind and went back to being an independent coach/solopreneur. My body forced me to find better work/life balance and let go of the things that were not aligning with my health and wellbeing.
Allowing me more freedom and devote more time to coaching the things the that have helped me and many of my clients over the years the most.
My husband Craig and super cute dog Frankie were pleased about this too, as they didn't like seeing what the anxiety and stress was doing to my health either!
So these days I can be found teaching my local community classes, in my home online studio/therapy room, delivering transformations workshops and retreats or chilling on the sofa with Craig and Frankie to a good movie or Netflix series :)
I know life is busy, and taking care of yourself sometimes takes a back seat.
But here’s the thing - if you continue to ignore your physical and emotional health, it has a way of getting louder and louder until you are forced to listen! I want to help you avoid this or recover from this, better manage stress, stay well and feel good!
